Average Weekly Fuel Price
FUEL PRICES CONTINUE TO SOAR. As your business partner, we want to share with you information concerning the steadily increasing cost of fuel.
 
DEAR VALUED PARTNERS
In the last year, weekly average gas prices have risen by 60%. Ferragonio has significantly reduced operating costs to offset fuel increases and other inflationary items but with the recent increases in already elevated gas prices, effective June 16, 2008, Ferragonio is implementing a fuel surcharge delivery fee. The fee will be based on the Department of Energy's reported average gas prices which can be accessed through the following internet link. http://www.eia.doe.gov/oil_gas/petroleum/data_publications/wrgp/mogas_home_page.html
This will be a one time charge added to only one delivery invoice per location.
The surcharge will increase in the same increments should fuel prices rise above $4.00/gallon. There will be no delivery surcharge applied when the average regular grade gas price falls below $3.00/gallon.
